Management is fast to respond when tenants need assistance, they value their tenants’ business and communicate very well. Apartments are very stylish and reasonably priced. I travel an extra 20 miles to work everyday so that I can continue to live here.

Morgan, the manager was incredibly helpful and professional in staying on top of everything, ensuring every step of the process ran smoothly and efficiently. The complex is located next to Sequoita Park, which is great for anyone who values quick access to excercise outdoors in nature. The area itself has a peaceful vibe to it. In addition to the nice interior design, the feel of my apartment is 10 10 good air quality, plenty of natural day light, no carpet good in my opinion , and the water quality is good as in my hair and skin improved here, as opposed to some places Ihave lived where the water is harsh.

The manager, Morgan, is wonderful at her job, and has been exceedingly helpful with every step of the process.
The grounds are clean, the building is well maintained.
Across the street from sequiota park, which is convenient.

The water quality feels good— as in it does not dry out my skin and it has a clean feel.
These are the things I was looking for, so my experience is 10 10.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — You are at a very good location. Everything is close-by such as dining, entertainment, retail. Biking trail that takes you down to Sequiota Park. Best of all, Andy's Frozen custard is right up the hill.

|Recommended: YesVery nice — It is very nice place and very nice location. I love the trails around it and the lake to take walks. Only thing I tried to get hot water heater fixed so have more than 5 minutes of hot water and they said could not be fixed.
