The inside of the unit is nice. I was in one of the newly refurbished units.
Its somewhat small, with just a window air conditioner for comfort. I moved in during the summer and the A.C. has been performing fine.
Being next to the highway isn't a big issue, as a fan or the AC can easily block out the noise.
Overall I'm happy with my choice to live here. It doesn't have many ammenities besides the laundry room, but its cheap and comfortable.
|Recommended: YesThe Neighbors — Most everything is excellent so far. My one complaint would be my upstairs neighbors are pretty loud in the middle of the night.
|Recommended: YesGreat Place To Live — I would say its a nice affordable place, quiet and safe. Everything is well kept up and if you have an issue they get right on top of it typically by next day.

|Recommended: YesA Decent Place in Springfield — If you’re looking for an inexpensive place that’s in good shape and in a good location, Woodgate is the place to be. Close to several restaurants, schools, and right off Highway 65.
|Recommended: YesEasy location at a great price — With the location being right off 65 and near so much of Springfield, it’s the best place for small families, students, or first time renters. The price is very affordable and the staff is always friendly. Things always get taken care of in a timely manner and the online portal is the best thing ever. Definitely recommend.
|Recommended: YesRevamped extended stay for rental — Looks like a extended stay outside, but mine is nice inside, I like the counter tops, and the all hard wood floor, the bathroom could be a little bigger, but overall it’s nice for the price and they let me have my dog for a one time fee
